HIPERTEC WALL SOUND – metal sandwich panels with the mineral wool core for walls and partitions requiring high level of fire resistance,

sound absorption and insulation. HIPERTEC WALL SOUND panel consists of an external micro-ribbed steel sheet, insulation core of high

density mineral wool with perpendicular oriented fiber and an internal flat, perforated steel sheet.

Available panel thickness — 50–150 mm.

Panel length — 2-13 m.

Effective width — 1000 mm.

Standard colors (RAL): 9002,9010,9006,3009.

Sound absorption

HIPERTEC WALL SOUND panel is suitable for acoustic control, ensuring excellent sound absorption characteristics of a wide frequency

spectrum. Tests in echo chambers conducted according to ISO 354/85 standards on 50, 80, 100 and 120 mm thick panels produced ∆La sound

absorption indices of 10 - 11 dB (A).

Sound insulation

HIPERTEC WALL SOUND panel, tested according to ISO 140/3/78, ISO 717/82 standards, has reached indices of RW = 31,5-33 dB for 50, 80

and 100 mm thick panels.

HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND - metal sandwich panels with a mineral wool core for installation of roofs and walls with a pitch angle of at least

7%, requiring high level of fire resistance and sound insulation. HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND panel consists of an external profiled steel sheet

(corrugation height – 38 mm), insulating high density mineral wool core with perpendicular oriented fiber and an internal flat, perforated steel

sheet.

Sound absorption

HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND panel is perfectly suitable for acoustic control, ensuring excellent sound absorption characteristics of a wide

frequency spectrum. Tests in echo chambers conducted according to ISO 354/85 standards on 50, 80 and 100 mm thick panels produced ∆La

sound absorption indices ranging from 12 to 19 dB (A).
